Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to sign a long-term lease?

Nope! With Velocity, you don’t need to commit to a long-term lease. You can sign up for a flexible term—30, 60, or 90 days, for example—and easily extend your stay online. Just log in two weeks before your agreement ends to renew for as long as you'd like, even month-to-month.

How do I extend my stay if I want to stay longer?

Simply log into your account at least two weeks before your lease ends and choose the new term length you'd like. It’s quick and entirely online.

Are the apartments furnished?

Yes, all of our apartments are fully furnished with everything you need to live comfortably, including furniture, kitchenware, and linens.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, all of our apartments are fully furnished with everything you need to live comfortably, including furniture, kitchenware, and linens.

What amenities are included?

Rent includes: furniture, utilities (electricity, water, trash), internet/Wi-Fi, dog run, outdoor grills, and access to all other community amenities.

How many bedrooms are in each apartment?

All of our units have two bedrooms.

Do the apartments have full kitchens?

Most apartments come with full kitchens, including stoves, ovens, and full-size refrigerators. A few units may not include a stove.  Please confirm at booking if this is important to you.

What kind of locks do the apartments have?

We use secure electronic locks with keypad access, along with traditional keys.

Is there parking available?

Yes, we offer on-site parking.

Can I tour the apartment before booking?

Absolutely! We offer both in-person and virtual tours depending on availability. Contact us to schedule a time.

Is there a security deposit or any upfront fees?

Absolutely! We offer both in-person and virtual tours depending on availability. Contact us to schedule a time.

Are there laundry facilities in the apartment?

Yes, all units come with in-unit washers and dryers for your convenience.

What happens if I need to cancel early?

We understand plans change. If you need to end your lease early, reach out to our team. Depending on your lease terms, an early termination fee may apply.

Do you Offer Cleaning Services?

Yes, we offer weekly cleaning services for an additional $75 fee.  This is optional.
